Pastor

Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He is a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is passionate about developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online pieces and is as a contributor to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Changing Lives with God's Ever-changing Reality (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie and their three children.
